雖然日本人已不在，但這裡一直是僧侶的修持之地；雖然時日長久建築翻新，但日治時代佛教文物完全保留，依舊是正統佛教寺廟的代表性據點。
當八十歲老尼仍舊日夜誦經為旗山祈福，你就算不拜佛，怎能失去它與它的歷史回憶？
