國際佛光會中華總會高雄第四區左營第一分會之前身為普賢寺左營分會，創會會長為林天生督導。
原普賢寺左營分會於民國92年轉入寶華寺，至104年左營精緻一分為二更名為:左營第一分會，精緻之分會名稱為左營第二分會。
