誠心祈請玉皇上帝慈悲赦罪，護佑眾善信大德闔家平安、身體健康、事業順利、財運亨通、福慧增長、萬事吉祥。
亦祈願歷代祖先、往生親人蒙受庇佑，離苦得樂，往生善處，福澤綿延。
