🌟 短期英文佛學研習班 🌟
今年，三位曾參與佛光山國際義工計畫的義工，繼續延續與佛光山的因緣，參加了2026年6月23日至7月19日舉辦的「短期英文佛學研習班」。
7月15日晚間，本梯次的國際義工也有機會參加由佛學院舉辦的研習班成果發表會。
這是一場特別的相聚，讓過去與現在的國際義工有機會彼此認識、交流與分享。
透過學員們的分享，國際義工對佛學院的日常學習與修道生活，有了更清楚而深入的認識。來自不同國家與背景的學員，在短時間內建立起彼此支持的學習團體，令義工們深受啟發。
大家也對師生們展現的多元才能留下深刻印象——從翻譯、歌唱、烹飪，到場地布置，每一項成果背後都凝聚著大家的用心與合作。
最觸動大家的，是學員們真誠而坦率的分享。他們不只談到自己的收穫與成就，也勇敢分享曾經面對的困難，以及如何一步一步克服挑戰。
這些分享讓我們看見：成長並不代表不再遇到困難，而是在團體的支持下，學習面對、調整，並繼續向前。
不同的計畫、不同階段的旅程，卻有著同樣的學習、服務與連結精神。感恩看見新舊因緣再次於佛光山相聚。

🌟 Short-Term English Buddhist Studies Program 🌟
This year, three former FGS International Volunteers continued their journey at Fo Guang Shan by joining the Short-Term English Buddhist Studies Program, held from 23 June to 19 July 2026.
On the evening of 15 July, our current group of international volunteers had the opportunity to attend the program’s final presentation, organised by the Buddhist College.
It was a special gathering that brought together former and current volunteers.
Through the students’ sharing, our volunteers gained a clearer understanding of daily study and spiritual life at the Buddhist College. They were inspired by how participants from different countries and backgrounds quickly became a supportive community, and impressed by the many talents shared throughout the program—from translation and singing to cooking and venue decoration.
What touched them most was the students’ honesty. They spoke openly not only about their achievements, but also about the challenges they had faced and how they gradually overcame them. Their reflections reminded us that growth does not mean encountering no difficulties—it means learning to face them, adapt, and move forward with the support of a community.
Different programs and different stages of the journey, yet the same spirit of learning, service, and connection. We are grateful to see old and new affinities coming together at Fo Guang Shan.
