一.1954年加拿大籍的榮耀秀宣教士(Pearl G.

Young)建立台北市木柵溝子口錫安堂，致力於教會的建造與福音的傳揚，特別在內在生活、等候神、神的同在等信息著稱。1986年榮教士被主接回天家，錫安堂已發展成有二十幾處分堂，約五十位全職同工。

二.1979年榮教士差派全職同工建立高雄錫安堂，經過數次搬遷，也歷經數位負責同工。1985年高雄母會買下安寧街會堂，1997年購買九如二路366號5樓現址，並於1999年06月30日設立獨立的財團法人。鳳山分堂於2006年建立。
