山頂朝天宮座落大寮山頂里內湖境內，主祀天上聖母本宮媽祖神像昔時由簡姓祖先攜福建恭迎渡海來台供奉拜祀於簡姓公廟，民國68年終於建造完成崇偉之廟宇名為山仔頂朝天宮亦稱為內湖媽祖廟成為群眾信仰中心。
