主祀：北極玄天上帝 本宮 開基北極玄天上帝 是於民國96年黃家弟子由南投松柏嶺受天宮延靈回高雄鎮宅，本為黃家弟子家中之家神。後又奉玄天上帝旨意於民國110年前往台南首廟天壇、台南東嶽殿領天旨地令並賜宮名「還天宮」，救世萬民。
