高雄朝后宮於民國57年立宮，現址位於愛河畔，主祀天上聖母，本宮北港媽祖（朝和安媽）與（佳一媽）分靈於北港朝天宮祖廟，莊儀團將軍會亦是由北港朝天宮在南台灣第一間分靈的分會。
更有威震南台灣的虎爺會.神童會。
加上於北港拜師傳授薪火的報馬仔，組織完善✅
