花蓮天惠堂設立於民國79年，至今已35年，在花蓮地區的觀世音廟已算歷史悠久，除祀奉觀世音菩薩（主），也包括關帝君、媽祖、財神爺、三太子、濟公等神明。每月初一、十五皆有替眾信徒提供問事、祭改、補運等服務。
