本宮緣起：約民國十九年間由花蓮縣光復鄉吳家弟子恭請玄天上帝的金身到家中鎮宅供奉著［淵源從何分靈與金身年份已無可考］，記憶中在當時就有神明聖誕祝壽慶典活動和參與廟會遶境的活動了，出陣人數達百人可說是熱鬧非凡不輸大廟的陣容了，往後慶典由吳家弟子都採用低調自行慶祝。
民國九十三年由爐下弟子(鍾享文.羅智獻)兩人從軍退伍回來時，因自幼心裏深醞釀有組織各式藝陣的心願，以宣揚北玄宮~玄天上帝的威靈，同時便將在桃園縣八德市的(永聯社)所學的八家將陣頭在回到家鄉組起，便開始參與花蓮的廟會和神明慶典活動.開始更加努力用心積極發揚民間傳統藝術及陣頭文化至今。
