和美植緣堂建堂於歲次丁丑年花月 ( 公元一九九七年 ）「濟公禪師爺」領「莊府老王爺」「齊天大聖爺」奉旨建堂，經上蒼恩賜連續十二聖杯恩准
賜堂名 「植緣堂」為「植福修緣」之意。
