中華道教清龍弘道協會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體。以弘揚道教文化，推崇中華民族固有之宗教倫理，以道為本並發揚三清道祖(老子學說)之道德經文理念，是以宗教教化黎民，傳承道統文化，進而安定社會，促進社會和諧為宗旨。
一、倡導老子學說及其倫理道德觀念，傳遞道教文化，使黎民身心安寧，促進地方及社會和諧。
二、舉辦道教科儀，以傳度、授業、解惑，教育道統文化。
三、建設道教道場，提供社會大眾修行空間，同時做為道教信仰宏揚基地。
四、舉辦道教學術研討講座，弘揚道家精神及其理念。
