Our Sunday Fellowship Service this September 6, 2026 will be CANCELLED to give way to the preparations for the Hope Workers’ Center 40th Anniversary Celebration.

Later in the afternoon, we encourage everyone to join us for our Festival of Praise practice!

Let’s make time to come together, practice, have fellowship, and prepare to give our best praise to God.

Sometimes, happiness feels difficult to find when life is not going the way we hoped.

But God's invitation is different.

He calls us to find our joy not in what we have, not in what is happening around us, but in Him.

This Sunday, take a break from the worries, the waiting, and the things you cannot control. Come and spend time in the presence of the One who knows your heart and cares about every dream you carry.

Sometimes, we come because we're tired.
Sometimes, because we need strength.
Sometimes, because we simply need to be reminded that God is still with us.

Some people come into our lives for a season, but leave behind memories and blessings that stay with us.

Thank you, Bro JM, for being part of our El Shaddai Chungli Cell Group Family, for serving with us, and for sharing your time, talents, and faith with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Your presence has truly been a blessing to us.

As you begin a new journey away from Taiwan, we pray that the Lord will guide every step you take, open new doors, and continue to use you wherever He leads you.

You may be leaving Taiwan, but you will always be a brother in Christ and a part of our El Shaddai family.

WHEN YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND, TRUST GOD.

📅 Sunday Fellowship Service: August 9, 2026

Sometimes, God allows us to walk through situations we don’t understand.

We pray, but the answer seems delayed.
We make plans, but things don’t happen the way we expected.
We ask, “Lord, why is this happening?”—yet the answer doesn’t come right away.

But last Sunday, we were reminded of something simple yet powerful:

We don’t have to understand everything to trust God.

📖 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
— Proverbs 3:5–6

Our understanding is limited, but God sees the whole picture.

We see today. God sees tomorrow.
We see the problem. God sees the purpose.
We see the closed door. God may already be preparing another way.

That is why faith means choosing to trust Him even when we don’t have all the answers.

When we surrender our plans, our worries, our fears, and even the things we desperately want to control, we make room for God to lead us.

🙏 Lord, help us to trust You when we don’t understand. When our prayers seem unanswered, give us patience.
When our plans fail, give us faith.
When the road ahead is uncertain, give us courage to keep walking with You.

Thank you to everyone who served and joined us in worship last Sunday. May the message we received continue to guide us throughout the week.

What if the road ahead feels uncertain?
What if your plans aren't working out the way you expected?

We may not understand the path, but we can trust the One who leads it.

This Sunday, let us come together and place our worries, plans, and unanswered questions before God. May we learn again to trust Him—not only when the way is clear, but especially when it isn't.

THE GOD WHO KNOWS

As we conclude this Sunday’s fellowship, let us remember that while people may see our words, our service, and our good deeds, only God truly knows our hearts.

In today’s Gospel, Jesus reminds us that saying, “Lord, Lord,” is not enough. What pleases Him is a heart that sincerely loves Him, trusts Him, and strives to do the Father’s will each day.

Only God knows our silent prayers, our hidden tears, our daily struggles, and every sacrifice we make for His glory. He sees the faith that others cannot see and the love we quietly offer in His name.
