花壇紫竹寺供奉主神為 觀世音菩薩、 觀音佛祖。佛祖在民國七十五年底顯靈，欲在灣仔口李隴源二九八番地發揮救世。歷經二十餘年後，民國一○三年十二月下旬，紫竹寺管委會改組，設主委、常監、寺主、總幹事、副主委六人。
