向聖母稟報安營圓滿成功
本宮主祀天上聖母
本宮為彰化市古夷里的庄頭廟，據聞建立於清朝光緒年間，本宮的前身為本宮副祠彰化福神宮，一開始只是土塊建成的土地公廟，後來發生了很多神蹟，為答謝神明，本庒的信徒大家集資建廟！
