鹿港五大公廟之一，奉祀民族英雄，明朝劉綎將軍(大將爺)。 奉祀
廟內主祀的是明朝的民族英雄劉綎將軍﹝俗稱劉大刀﹞，此外尚有專司押解犯人的謝必安將軍﹝俗稱七爺﹞、范無救將軍﹝俗稱八爺﹞、文武判官以及周、董、魏、熊四爺等。
六神將軍
殿內兩側置有六神將軍的大型尊座。六神乃范謝二位將軍以及周、董、魏、熊四位將軍。
