本宮成立於歲次庚寅(99)年三月二十三日，天上聖母奉天旨在此地區濟世。
愛心扶弱救助會成立於本宮成立前，於丁亥年(96)十一月份成立100元林黃愛心急難救助會，於戊子(97)年四月改名為林家三聖母100元林黃愛心急難救助會，已幫助過無數的弱勢朋友，又於癸巳(102)年十二月份再次改名為栗子崙聖靈宮愛心扶弱救助會，至今已多年，希望匯集更多有心之人一同來幫助更多需要幫助的人。
