你渴望得到真正的快樂嗎？上帝造我們是要我們能從順從他的真理和尋求祂而得到真正的平安喜樂，因此真正的快樂來自內在，而非外在環境！我們必須從自私改為無私地去幫助他人、要學著忍耐而不是及時享樂、更要跟神培養更好的關係！
Do you desire true happiness? God created us so that we can find true peace and joy from obeying His truth and seeking Him, so true happiness comes from within, not from external circumstances! We must change from selfishness to selflessly helping others, learn to be patient instead of enjoying timely gratification, and we must cultivate a better relationship with God!

我們活在這世上每天都有可能經歷不同的屬靈挑戰，讓我們對未來失去盼望，對身邊的人失去愛心，所以我們務必要從上帝在聖經裡告訴我們的真理、福音、公義，和被神親自差派來幫助我們的聖靈，得到保護、力量、和指引！
We may experience different spiritual challenges every day when we live in this world, causing us to lose hope for the future and lose love for the people around us. Therefore, we must learn from the truth, gospel, righteousness, and justice that God tells us in the Bible. Get protection, strength, and guidance from the Holy Spirit sent by God Himself to help us!

[2/25回顧Throwback] 魔鬼最喜歡在人經歷Hungry(生理上或心靈上饑餓)、Angry (情緒上憤怒無力)、Lonely (覺得沒有人支持你理解你)、和Tired (非常疲憊無法喘息)的時候發動攻擊，因此我們需要透過信心與基督聯合，在上帝的話語中得飽足、在情緒的照顧中得安息、在與人的關係中得滋潤、和在時間的管理中得智慧。
The devil likes to attack when people are experiencing Hungry (physical or spiritual hunger), Angry (emotionally angry and weak), Lonely (feeling that no one supports you and understands you), and Tired (so tired that you feel like you couldn't breathe), so we need to be connected deeply with Christ through faith, to be satisfied in God’s word, to find rest in his emotional comforting, to be nourished in relationships with others, and to gain wisdom in time management.
