The youths of St. Theresa's RC, Church, Woodbrook are back at it. This time it's the Confirmation Class of 2023.🙏🏽
It was truly a spirit of charity and togetherness as the Candidates of the St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Confirmation Class of 2023, prepared and distributed hearty meals to the less fortunate in Woodbrook and environs, recently.
On Friday April 28th the candidates of the Confirmation class of the St Theresa's RC Church Woodbrook, rolled up their sleeves and became 'sous chefs' as they prepped for the cooking and distribution of corn soup, which took place the following day.
On Saturday April 29th, meals were packaged for distribution at the church, with the cooperation and support of the candidates' relatives and Confirmation Coordinators, Michelle McIntosh, Denise Pereira and Stefan Daniel Mark Roget.
The “Soup Kitchen” was the second major charity effort for the year; the first being a Clothing Charity Drive, which reached the hands and homes of underprivileged individuals in the Salibia and New Grant communities.
