Sita Ram,
As we celebrated Indian Arrival Day 2026, we paused to remember our ancestors who journeyed from India to Trinidad and Tobago with faith, courage, and determination. Through their sacrifices, they preserved our traditions, values, and devotion, ensuring that our culture and religion would continue to thrive for future generations.
Their legacy lives on in our temples, our festivals, our families, and our community spirit. As we celebrated that legacy, we also recognize those among us who continue to strengthen and uplift our community.
We were privileged and honored to present awards to two respected elders whose years of dedication and service have made a lasting impact on our community. We also recognized an individual who continues to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our Mandir today, as well as a young person whose commitment and involvement gives us confidence in the future of our temple and our traditions.
Through their service, they embody the same spirit of devotion, selflessness, and perseverance that our ancestors demonstrated generations ago. May Bhagwan bless our honorees, our community, and all those who continue to contribute significantly to the upliftment of our Dharma.
Jai Shri Ram.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. 🙏
