CLTM was established to equip and empower individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ. Covenant Life Transformation Ministries has been birthed in the womb of prayer, by the power of the Holy Spirit and with a passion to see persons have a genuine encounter with Almighty God. Every great work of God begins in prayer and is sustained through prayer. We, therefore, rely heavily on
prayer and the Holy Spirit for the establishment of this ministry. The vision and guidance for this ministry is entirely dependant on the sovereignty of God and how he chooses to express Himself in and through us. Covenant Life Transformation Ministries has been established for the purpose of equipping and empowering individuals to become authentic Disciples of Christ. This shall be accomplished through the process of edification, exhortation and mentorship, as well as by facilitating an environment where each one can experience God and be rooted in the New Covenant, which Christ has established. A clear vision and mandate to assist with the end time harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God has been accepted. Our target is the unsaved and the unchurched. Covenant Life Transformation Ministries is pastored by Rev. Jacob, together with his wife Renee. Kent entered into covenant with Christ in 1993 at age 17. Sensing a call to the Ministry, he enrolled in the Miracle Ministries Institute of Ministry and Tertiary Education immediately after his baptism. He served faithfully at his home church, Miracle Ministries International, for 20 years and had been in full-time service there, for over 10 years. He has gained hands-on experience in practically every area of ministry. Covenant Life Transformation Ministries shall integrate a home cell group system that would be the key catalyst for growth and discipleship. Other focus groups shall include ministry to children, youth, young adults, men, women, marriages and family. Covenant Life Transformation Ministries intends to become an internationally recognised multi-congregational ministry. To this end, our focus shall be on equipping and empowering the believers to rise up with a genuine passion for the work of the ministry and to identify committed leaders who are called to serve the Body of Christ in effective Five-fold Ministry.
