This man has been the #1 influence in my life as a Worship Leader and musician at my church. I'm talking about 1998 when I fully accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour, his version of worship, the way he led each time I listened to his music, it was so solemn, anointed and really confirmed he was connected to the true Vine.
Today, I played his Majesty and Sing Out albums back to back while working, not learning of his transition into eternity until a few moments ago.
I am saddened because of your influence in my life, but I am also happy because you're in a better place.
Today, we say thank God for lending us Your son Dr. Ron Kenoly for the 81 years he walked upon the earth. He was tremendously used by You to bless and mentor so many of Your disciples.
Dr. Kenoly, you were a pioneer, a humble man, a visioneer and impacted so many people on this side of eternity.. I know where you are you'd be at peace for all of eternity.
You were not a man that was a stranger, you were not an artiste as you always say, you were a Child of the True and Living God fulfilling His purpose in you.
You kept the faith, the faith has kept you.
You ran the race and finished the course, now sing on for the Ancient of Days...
Rest in His eternal peace my Brother.
