Peace be with you!
Today, let's pray that we might have hearts that are conformed to Jesus'.

Let's pray that we may have more generous hearts - that we may be like Christ in giving everything of ourselves to God and His people. That we may give to others not judging their worthiness, but instead, recognizing them as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Today we celebrate the Feast of the Guardian Angels. According to Scripture and Tradition, there is a Hierarchy (sacred order) of nine angelic choirs. Here we see a good explanation of the vast, innumerable and powerful Angelic Hosts (vs. the ‘chubby baby cherubs’ from popular culture). In reality, the Holy Angels are awesome, wondrous, and terrifying, with extraordinary intelligence and power - to do the will of God. Hopefully, we will see the truth and glory of the Holy Angels restored in our catechesis and liturgical art soon.

We at the Upper Room Prayer Group will be celebrating our 5th Anniversary we are still building as a prayer group as individual in our spiritual growth.

The Upper Room Prayer Group was founded by Fr. Cornelius Philip and Marlon Braithwaite. And was installed on Thursday 8th December, 2016. The Solemnity of The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary , by Fr. Cornelius Phillip, who was the Parish Priest of the Church of the Holy Family, Mt . Lambert. Our prayer meeting is every Tuesday at the church after the 6:30pm mass
