You’re warmly invited to our session:
“Caring for the Mind, Body and Spirit – 150 Years of Healing and Hope.”

Many of us carry quiet burdens—stress, worry, grief, or exhaustion—and this session offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space to reflect and be reminded that caring for our mental well-being is part of faithful living.

We are blessed to have Dr. Indar Ramtahal, a member of our congregation and respected medical professional, and Rev. Dr. Keron Khellawan, our immediate past minister, who continues this healing work through the Beth Rapha Team. Together, they will help us explore how caring for our whole selves reflects God’s desire for our well-being.
