On the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, Sacred Heart Parish took to the streets in a beautiful public witness of our faith and love for Christ in the Eucharist.
Joined by the students and teachers of Sacred Heart La Brea R.C. School, St. Joseph Vance River R.C. School, and our dedicated Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago, we walked together in prayer, hope, and devotion.
Corpus Christi reminds us that Jesus is truly present in the Holy EucharistβBody, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. As we process through our streets, we bring Christ into our community, proclaiming that He is not confined to our church buildings but walks among His people. This public witness is an invitation for all to encounter His love, receive His peace, and remember that He is present in every aspect of our lives.
Today, we prayed that our procession would help reawaken faith, hope, and love throughout La Brea, drawing hearts closer to Christ and reminding our community that He remains with us always.
May all who see this post be blessed abundantly. May Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament fill your homes with peace, strengthen you in times of difficulty, and draw you ever closer to His Sacred Heart. May His presence guide your path, protect your family, and renew your faith each day.
"I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever."β John 6:51
