Placing Exorcised Salt on Your Windows for Protection

In his insightful talk, the Chief Exorcist of the Philippines, Fr. Jocis Syquia, instructed the faithful on the practice of placing exorcised salt on their windows and doorsteps. He emphasized that this should be done consistently, whether weekly or monthly, to protect homes from demonic presence and invasion. Fr. Syquia explained that when our windows are blessed with exorcised salt, and our lives are lived in holiness, demons will be burned by the saltโ€™s power as they attempt to enter. This sacramental, along with a life of holiness, provides powerful protection for the home.

Another exorcist pointed out that demons often dwell in trees and wander at night, entering homes to cause disorder and problems. In light of this, using powerful sacramentals like exorcised salt is an effective way to safeguard our homes.

However, Fr. Syquia reminded the faithful that the power of sacramentals is closely tied to our faith. Without true belief, they cannot be fully effective. Thus, regular Confession, a life of holiness, persistent prayer, and adherence to the teachings of the Church are necessary. Sacramentals are only truly powerful when used in faith.

Simple Prayer:

(Sign of the Cross)

By this exorcised salt and the most precious Blood of Jesus, through the intercession of Mama Mary, bless and protect our home from the wiles of evil. I pray that no evil will enter my home, and that only Jesus, the Holy Ghost, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Holy Angels, and Saints may reside within. In Jesus' mighty name, I pray, Amen.

(Sign of the Cross)

Clips from our last after school prayer meeting with our lovely Sister in Christ, Ayanna Griffith. She shared on The Blessed Virgin Mary being the Mother of the King of Kings and how she is the Queen of Heaven. We were all encouraged to say our Rosary and fell deeply in love with the Blessed Virgin Mary. Looking forward to her sharing with us again.
