*since we will be mixing on Shivraatri day itself with fresh cow milk and dahi, this item is available on Sat 18th Feb ONLY!

All you need to do is pick up, Pour into your lota, add a flower and bilva leaves and offer.

Perfect for the busy person and guaranteed to be made in a clean environment and fit for offering to Bhagavan Shiva.

This sweet little boy came into the Pooja store yesterday to get his Deeyas and Diwali decorations.

His mummy said he gave them a good earful the day before when he asked them where the decorations were and she told him it was too early to put up Christmas decorations. He said “Mummy it is Diwali!!! We need to celebrate that too!”

Mummy said they were Christians but she wanted to make sure he didn’t miss the opportunity of growing up surrounded by all the beautiful cultures and traditions of Trinidad so that he can be the best representation of our multicultural home. She was careful to ask exactly how they should go about the lighting on Diwali day so as to not commit any Diwali faux pas.

He was very meticulous in picking out the best looking waxed deeyas and telling daddy exactly which decoration would look good. And he made sure to give me a bright and cheery ”SHUBH DIWALI” 🪔

Intolerance and hate is taught. Our true nature is love, acceptance and openness.
