We are The Heart of the Arts Ministry (THOTA) – A creative Arts Ministry of Victory in the Word Outreach International, a kingdom-advancing ministry with a divine mandate to equip the saints to do the work of the Ministry (Ephesians 4:12). We exist primarily to empower and equip individuals to maximize their fullest potentials in their pursuit of destiny. THOTA’s mandate is reach, teach and equip God’s people through the Creative Arts.
