More Than a Game, It's Fellowship in Motion!🏸

Today’s badminton tournament was not just about winning points it was about strengthening our bodies, building friendships, and practicing true sportsmanship. As brethren, we are reminded that taking care of our physical health is also part of honoring God, who has entrusted us with these bodies.

We thank the Lord for the laughter, encouragement, and friendly competition shared throughout the day. Every rally, every cheer, and every handshake reflected the spirit of unity and respect that should always shine among God's people.

Devotion Before Competition 🏸

Before we began our badminton tournament today, we first gathered for a morning devotional led by Brother Marvonn. He reminded us that just as badminton requires focus, discipline, endurance, and perseverance, our spiritual journey also calls for the same qualities.

Winning a game is rewarding, but growing closer to God is the greatest victory of all. As we played throughout the day, we were reminded that every activity becomes more meaningful when God is placed first.

Thank you, Brother Marvonn, for the timely reminder. May we continue to strengthen not only our bodies but also our faith as we run the race set before us.

When God's Servant Gets Tired, God's Grace Shows Up!

Today's Sabbath message by Brother Jemera Sausa reminded us of the life of Elijah. Even this mighty prophet experienced fear, discouragement, loneliness, and burnout. Yet instead of rebuking him, God tenderly cared for him providing rest, food, comfort, and a gentle reminder that he was not alone.

What a beautiful assurance for all of us! When life's burdens become heavy and our hearts grow weary, God invites us to pour out everything to Him. He understands our struggles, hears our cries, and lovingly strengthens us for the journey ahead.

If Elijah, a man greatly used by God, needed divine care and restoration, then we too can come to God just as we are. No burden is too heavy, no pain too deep, and no weakness too great for His loving hands.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

May this Sabbath remind us that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness.

Every Sabbath is a blessing!

Today, our hearts are filled with gratitude as we welcomed visitors from Lopburi and Bangkok who brought God's message and encouraged us through His Word. In a world filled with noise and distractions, it was a wonderful reminder to pause and listen to the voice of God.

"If thou turn away thy foot from the Sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable... then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord." — Isaiah 58:13-14

If God Himself blessed, sanctified, and honored the Sabbath, how much more should we, His children, treasure this sacred day. He alone is worthy of our praise, worship, and fellowship with one another.

Happy Sabbath! May we continue to delight ourselves in the Lord and be refreshed by His presence.
