Thailand Christian Network - TCN

Thailand Christian Network - TCN Thailand Christian Network Foundation (TCN) is an interdenominational Network of various congregations in Thailand. We are not a church.

We are here to help already established churches in Thailand to succeed with their mission. Our heart is to train leaders for the locale churches and to see them growing in descipleship. Our passion is to see people experience God as a good Father and to help people dare to believe in the abilities that God has given them and act on it! Our confession is that Jesus is our only Savior and our best

role model. In summary, everything we do should help people to live a life as disciples of Jesus. In our network this life is characterized by our five values:

Goodness - We will make God's goodness available. Missional life - Mission is the life we live, not just an activity we do. Unity - With respect for the uniqueness of the individual we will promote unity among people and congregations. Integrated life – By the power of God's grace we will seek to live the life we preach. Reproduction - What we teach and receive will be practical, helpful and easy to pass on. Our values are decisive for the way we do things. We want everyone who is in relation to TCN to recognize this in terms of cultures that are embedded in staff, visiting teams and all our arrangements. TCN is working in close partnership with IMI Church in Stavanger, Norway. A friendship and partnership that have developed greatly since the first contact was established in 2005. TCN has its origins in a collaboration between IMI Church, Norwegian Mission Society and Evangeical Lutheran Church of Thailand, but now operating as an independent and interdenominational foundation.

One of the many blessings of serving at the TCN office in Mae Sai has been welcoming visitors from around the world to our Friday Club youth gathering. Over the years, we've had guests from the USA, Canada, Australia, many countries across Asia, South America, and even Africa.

It has always amazed us that such a small place could become a meeting point for people from so many different nations. Many of these teams came through YWAM Mae Sai and Asaph’s Journal worship school, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve together and be part of what God is doing.

At the end of April this year, we were delighted to welcome a team from YWAM Sola, Norway. Then, in May, some of our staff had the joy of visiting them in return. What a beautiful reminder that God's family has no borders. The world feels much smaller when we are connected through Christ, serving with one heart and one purpose.

We thank God for every friendship, every partnership, and every opportunity to encourage one another in His Kingdom. We look forward to seeing how He continues to connect His people from every nation.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." — Galatians 3:28 ❤️🌍🙏

What amazing friends we have!

We were invited by our missionary friends from India, Pastor Lolen and Pastor Suzanne Longkumer, who serve with CCT in Chiang Rai , to help with a youth camp in the mountains in the Thoet Thai area.

We brought youth from Friday Club to serve—leading activities, games, fun moments, worship, sharing testimonies, and giving messages. There were nearly 250 people at the camp!

We truly admire the pastors and leaders who are faithfully working so that the Good News of Christ can reach people in these areas. Most of the participants were from the Lahu tribe, both from Thailand and Myanmar.

It was also so encouraging for our Friday Club youth to be part of something bigger—to use their gifts and talents, and to share their testimonies of how God has changed their lives and helped them grow into active believers.

How beautiful it is to see God’s children supporting one another, using what we have—even when it seems small. God can make it extraordinary!

To God be the glory! ✨

Impuls in Thailand was shorter this year. However, we have seen new connections growing, and it’s been beautiful to see young people becoming more mature and serving God together across denominations.

The core value of unity is always powerful—and always beautiful. We are grateful that Impuls can be a tool for churches and youth groups to connect with one another.

We all know how challenging it is to be young in this generation—and even more challenging to be a young person who believes in Christ. There are so many distractions and comparisons surrounding their lives. Taking a few days at Impuls helps them refocus on Christ and step away from the noise for a while.

Thank you again for following us, supporting us, and praying for us. We truly appreciate every kind of support you give. 🤍. 🤍

Small act of obedience with great hearts. 🩷

Yesterday we took 13 boys and girls to attend a football match in Mae Sai at Bifa Arena in Chiang Rai. Our Brave Team won only 1 match out of 4. The kids are only 10–12 years old, and they woke up very early with so much excitement and traveled more than an hour to the field. When the games didn’t go as they had hoped, it was very easy for them to feel discouraged.

But then a little miracle happened.

One of the event organizers noticed how sad the boys and girls looked. He kindly asked his mother-in-law to prepare some small gifts for our team. Such a small gesture, but with such a big heart. In a moment, what felt like disappointment turned into joy and smiles.

Thank you for caring about the feelings of these children. Your kindness and generosity truly made a difference. You helped turn a hard moment into a beautiful memory for them.

We are so grateful.
