Today was a truly special and emotional day at Pa Pae Meditation Retreat. ✨

We held a sacred hair shaving ceremony for 6 international men who are now one step closer to becoming ordained monks. Stepping away from the worldly life to embrace the monastic path is a profound journey of letting go, and it is beautiful to see our international community continue to grow.

It was a deeply touching experience—not only for the men dedicating themselves to this path, but also for our retreat participants. Guests had the unique and beautiful opportunity to help cut a piece of hair, allowing them to intimately share in the merit and joy of this sacred tradition. Witnessing people from all over the world come together in peace and mindfulness is incredibly inspiring.
