Southeastern Asia Union Mission

Southeastern Asia Union Mission Welcome to the official page of the Southeastern Asia Union Mission of Seventh-day Adventists.

Follow us for updates on our events, programs, and initiatives as we spread faith, hope, and love throughout Southeastern Asia. The Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) was a territory under the former Southeast Asia Union Mission (SAUM), one of nine unions of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD). The Southeast Asia Union Mission (SAUM) was organized in 1917 and reorganized in 1929, with its

headquarters located at 798 Thomson Road, Singapore. Its territory included the seven countries: Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Singapore, and the kingdoms of Cambodia and Thailand. On November 5th of 2019, the Southern Asia- Pacific Division's Executive Committee voted to divide the Southeast Asia Union Mission into two new unions and an attached field with the transfer process to be completed in December 2021. Finally, it was approved to form the following unions: the Malaysian Union Mission (MAUM), the Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM), and the reassignment of the Singapore Adventist Conference (SAC). On October 2020, the Southeastern Asia Union Mission Headquarters completed its construction on the property of Moo 3, Muak Lek, Thailand.

🌿 Personal Ministry Integrated with Health Training 🌿

From May 2–4, 2026, church members and leaders gathered at the Thailand Adventist Mission (TAM) Headquarters for a meaningful training focused on integrating Personal Ministry with Health Ministry.

This special training emphasized the importance of holistic ministry — reaching people not only spiritually, but also physically, mentally, and emotionally through Christ-centered health outreach. Participants were equipped with practical knowledge, evangelistic approaches, and ministry skills to better serve their communities with compassion and purpose.

🙏 We thank God for the inspiring messages, dedicated participants, and the commitment to continue sharing hope and healing throughout Thailand.

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” — 3 John 1:2

Evangelism Outreach Program
📅 May 1–4, 2026

The Sabbath School and Stewardship Department of SEUM, together with Nimimai SDA Church, TAM, conducted an Evangelism Outreach Program at Sai Ngarm Evangelism Site (New Church Planting).

By God’s grace, the outreach brought encouragement, spiritual renewal, and community fellowship. We rejoice that two precious souls were born in Christ through baptism and accepted Jesus as their personal Savior.

May this new church planting continue to grow as a light of hope in the community, and may God continue to bless every member and worker involved in His mission.

“To God be the glory!” 🙏
