THE SECOND BEAST
POWER TO MAKE AN IMAGE TO THE BEAST
As we see in Revelation 13:14, the second beast, by means of miracles, will convince the people on earth to make an image to the first beast, the one that had a wound by a sword but yet lives.
Does this mean there will be a golden image as there was in Daniel 3? No, an image is a replica of something. The first beast isn’t a statue, it is a religious organization that runs a nation. It is a harlot woman riding a beast, as we see in Revelation 17:3. As we see in Ephesians 5:27, God wants His church pure and holy, not acting like a harlot with the rulers of the earth, as Revelation 17:17 shows. OUR KING IS CHRIST. Jesus said to render to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God. He told Peter to put up his sword. They that live by the sword shall die by the sword. Jesus told Pilate that His kingdom was NOT of this world, John 18:36.
The first beast persecuted God’s people. The second one will also set up a religious/state power that persecutes as well, as we see in Revelation 13:15. The final test is about WORSHIP, my friends. It says that SIX times in Revelation 13. Enforced worship. We are seeing that this image is about to be formed in the United States. That image will SPEAK with the voice of the devil. We are hearing harsh words from the lips of these “Christian” nationialists. We will show you a whole post on that in the days ahead. A nation speaks through its legislature, by making laws, statutes, and ordinances. In the U.S., the Department of Justice sets up trials, imposes fines, punishments, imprisonments. Individual states can bring indictments. (The Sunday Blue Laws also vary from state to state.) We are already seeing Supreme Court rulings that are making the Executive Department of the government stronger and stronger. We will one day see the merchants of the earth, Revelation 18, and the bankers of the world impose restrictions and boycotts, making it hard to buy or sell. There may be a chip or digitial I.D., but that isn't the MARK, that is just how they tract you to enforce the boycott. We saw bank accounts FROZEN in Canada a couple of years ago. But remember God’s promises, just as Elijah was fed by ravens, and the widow of Zarepath had flour and oil that did not diminish, God will take care of His people. Bread shall be given you and your waters shall be sure, Isaiah 33:16. After all, God can even send manna from heaven.
