What type of leadership have you developed/what type of leadership are you portraying?

The types of leadership you must avoid:

Isaiah 3:12
"Skinny kids terrorise my people. Silly girls bully them around. My dear people! Your leaders are taking you down a blind alley. They're sending you off on a wild goose chase." A City Brought to Her Knees by Her Sorrows

Awu, sive sami, nicindzetelwa bantfwana, bafati babusa etikwenu.

Awu, sive sami, labo baholi benu bayanedukisa; banikhipha endleleni, lenifanele nihambe ngayo.

* The tone of this scripture leaders us to believe that it is a curse or a punishment for a group of people to be led by women or children.

* You may have heard the following statements:
- you are childish
- you are behaving like a child

* These statements are made because grownups behave like children.

* Also many leaders do behave like women in their decision and leadership style.
- it is difficult to be under the leadership of a woman who is not tempered by the word of God and the Holy Spirit.
- women need to be softened and toned down in order to become prosperous, suitable and desirable leaders.

* Avoid developing a leadership style that is akin to the leadership of a child.
* Avoid developing a leadership style that is akin the leadership of a woman.

Greetings Nation Builders in Jesus name!

* Since denying Christ means the opposite of confessing Him, when suffering attaches to confession and escape from suffering is the fruit of denial; so must denying self mean, that whenever personal comfort, ease or advantage, conflict with the following of Christ, such personal profit must be sacrificed; and so self is denied.

* Again, since denying Christ means the rejection of His claim as God, ruler and King over men's lives; so must denying self mean, that a man rejects all claim to rule and govern his own life, and yields it in absolute subjection to the rule of Christ; and thus he denies himself.

*Once more, since denying Christ means the refusal to render Him the obedience He demands, and the denial of His authority over the conduct; so must denying self mean, that the will of oneself shall no longer be obeyed, and the choice and decision of oneself no longer be recognized as the supreme authority and final umpire in the conduct of life; and thus self is denied.

* In fact, it comes to this in the end, " No man can serve two masters; " and the choice for life's service lies between Christ and self.

*When Christ is accepted and submitted to, obeyed and followed, as Master in the whole life, there self is denied and Christ confessed. But where self is the final authority; where the will, the pleasure, the choice and the decision of self is chosen in opposition and in preference to those of Christ, there Christ is denied and self is confessed as Lord.

Conduct toward Others

1 Don’t be harsh or verbally abusive to an older man; it is better to appeal to him as a father. And as you minister to the younger men it is best to encourage them as your dear brothers.

2 Honour the older women as mothers, and the younger women, treat as your dear sisters with utmost purity.

My dear leaders, brothers and sisters in Christ it is best we treat all elderly men and women to us as our fathers and mothers, let the way we treat ourselves in their presence and absence be that that gives Glory to God.

Let us treat all young people as our sisters and brothers, the way we treat them be full of the love we have for our siblings. It is so painful to see adults exploiting Young people's bodies s*xually whilst they don't like others do the same to their own siblings.

It is so painful to see how inhuman people are now they don't care about others, no matter how they see how young people fall to evil traps they just keep quiet.

Let us not be such, let us be kingdom transformers, let us be our brother's keeper.

Young people:
Boys and girls start a relationships with you to purposefully exploit your dignity and bride:
Ungamchomela njani umuntfu lokulalile wakushaya tonke titayela angakakukhokheli lutfo, ngeke kuhlonipheka kwakho kuye kuyaphela.
How will you be respected by someone's friends whom have been told by their friend how you behave during s*x.
How could you be respected by people who are exchanging you, babhejelane ngawe whosoever want to test you will test you and go tell others for you are so cheap.
It is so disgusting to see Young people who claim to be in love while they are exploited.
The way miners exploit the soil for its gold and leave it like that is the way young people are exploited.
The way bees exploit a flower's juices to make their honey is the way young people are exploited by either foolish boys or girls for their selfish personal benefits.
It is so painful to hear a young person saying" ngifuna kumlaya, udvwalile ngitamudla ngimshiye kanje.

Young people enter s*xual relationships because they are in competitions:
Young people are after other gender's approval, they are suffering from "approvalities"
It is so disgusting to find young beautiful girls competing for boys proposals, there more a girl is proposed by many boys, it means to them they are beautiful.
It is so disgusting to find Young handsome boys competing with the number of girlfriends they have.
There is one thing they forget, a dead and smelling animal catch up with so many flies and a co**se attract so many worms.

Young people enter s*xual relationships because they feel outdated if not in to them:
It is so disgusting to find young people judging themselves if they are outdated or not, either they are in nowadays fashion or not, in the expense of their one and only lives, one and only virginity.
It is so disgusting to find young people fostering themselves to certain people or groups in the expense of their one and only lives, one and only bodies.

I am Mphilisi Mpumelelo Ngwenya from Ezikhotheni, Shiselweni. I am a born again Child of God who is desirous to worship and serve God. I am a member of Ezikhotheni Free Evangelical Dynamite Explosion International under the leadership of Pastor R. S. Simelane. When I was form 5 on 2016 I kept on inquiring from God about his purpose about my life on this earth and He assigned me that "unite and grow the church","let my people know that it is not about the increase of their Kingdoms but it is about the expansion of God's kingdom", supplying God's knowledge to His people which is to be done through interdenominational activities and service. Therefore a movement called the Rock of Ages Inter-denomination was born till to date.

Vision
Uniting, growing and reminding the church about the great commission commissioned to them by Jesus Christ

Mission
To win souls to God's Kingdom and to develop each Christian until they attain to the stature of the fullness of Christ (Matthew 28:18-20; Ephesians 4:11-15)

Member - is a person who have been called by God to fellowship serve and minister in the ROCK OF AGES INTERDENOMINATION.

Usually a call involve several factors coming together.Ask yourself the following questions:

Are you in love with Jesus Christ and growing in your relationship with Him?
Do you have compassion with the Lost?
Do you have the desire to see the church of God joined together in perfect prayed for it to be joined together in perfect unity with one heart,one passion and united with one harmonious purpose (Philippians 2:2)
