Year 2025 is gone. Some people had a great year and others had a tough year. We have now a new brand year ahead of us, 2026. What is the Lord saying to us?

God wants us to forget the past because He has prepared new wonderful things of us: *OPEN DOORS*

God has promises us that this year is a Year of Open Doors, doors which no one can close. Look at Revelation 3:8

*Revelation 3:8 AMPC*
[8] I know your [record of] works and what you are doing. See! I have set before you a door wide open which no one is able to shut; I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept My Word and guarded My message and have not renounced or denied My name.

There are opportunities ahead of us, breakthroughs in different areas be in career, business, good health, marriage blessings, ministry opening, different ideas etc.

I get excited when God speaks, because God is not a liar, what He promises He fulfil it. His promises are yes and amen as indicated in _2 Corinthians 1:20._

God says in His word:
Numbers 23:19 AMPC
_[19] God is not a man, that He should tell or act a lie, neither the son of man, that He should feel repentance or compunction [for what He has promised]. Has He said and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken and shall He not make it good?_

So believe it and receive God's word. You might have hard tough time before now, He says forget that, He is doing a new thing, He will even make rivers in the wilderness as in Isaiah 43:18-19. What He is just asking you to perceive it as He is opening wonderful doors.

*So what should we do with this word He has promised us?*

God wants us to guard to ensure no miscarriages on this word. When God opens doors, there is always resistance from enemies to distable you to receive your breakthrough.

1 Corinthians 16:9 AMPC says:
_[9] For a wide door of opportunity for effectual [service] has opened to me [there, a great and promising one], and [there are] many adversaries._

What you should do is to:

* Be a prayerful woman. _Luke 18:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:17_

* Have faith, believe God like never before. Do not doubt God's word. _Mark 11:22-24;_ _James 1:6-8_

* Arise and shine, for the glory of the Lord is upon you. Act on His word Woman of God. _Isaiah 60:1-5_

* Sow seed wherever there's fertile ground on His promised word.

* Whatever you did which doesn't please God, repent as for forgiveness and start afresh. He is a forgiving God. _Isaiah 1:18-20_

* Don't hold grudges against anyone, for those things block open doors. _Mark 11:25-26_

I wish you all the best as you start experiencing OPEN DOORS in your life in this year 2026 and beyond.

Amen 🙏

THE YEAR OF OPEN DOORS – 2026
Last night, we were greatly blessed during our special online service as our Visionary Leader unveiled our theme for the year 2026:
✨ THE YEAR OF OPEN DOORS ✨
Key Scripture:
📖 Revelation 3:8
“I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.”
This was Jesus speaking to the church in Philadelphia—a reminder that divine opportunities come from Him alone.
Additional Scriptures on Open Doors:
📖 2 Corinthians 1:8
📖 1 Corinthians 16:9
How to Position Yourself for Open Doors
1. Be Prayerful
📖 Luke 18:1
📖 1 Thessalonians 5:17
Persistent and continual prayer keeps us aligned with God’s will.
2. Have Faith in God
📖 Mark 11:22–24
📖 James 1:6–8
Believe without doubt—faith is the key that unlocks God’s promises.
3. Arise and Shine – Act on His Word
📖 Isaiah 60:1
This season comes with a release of divine opportunities. We must rise and take action.
4. Sow Seeds
A seed opens doors for harvest—spiritually and physically.
5. Do Not Keep Grudges
📖 Mark 11:25–26
Unforgiveness can block what God is trying to release.
6. Repent and Remove Every Hindrance
📖 Isaiah 1:18–20
Clear the way for God by removing anything that stands between you and His purpose.
✨ Declare it boldly:
2026 is my Year of Open Doors. What God opens, no one can shut!

If the title ‘pastor’s wife’ were removed, how would people describe you?

A dry pastor’s wife cannot refresh others.

*Dear Esteemed Women of God,*
*Grace and peace to you all.*

It was truly a blessed and memorable evening we shared together at our Pastors’ Wives Pizza & Pajama Night. I wish to express my deepest gratitude to each one of you for your presence, warmth, and joyful participation. Your love and openness filled the atmosphere with laughter, sisterhood, and divine encouragement.

A special word of appreciation goes to our guest speakers, *Woman of God Sophie Nkhata and Woman of God Samu Busika,* for imparting such powerful messages of wisdom and grace. Your words reminded us that indeed, our Crown is Secured and our Kingdom is Assured. 👑

*To the committee* members, thank you sincerely for your commitment, creativity, and teamwork. Every element of the evening, from the décor and food to the flow of the program—reflected excellence and unity in Christ. Your dedication made the event a true success.
May the Lord bless each of you abundantly for your prayers, contributions, and joyful service. Let us continue to encourage one another and walk boldly in our calling as pastor's wives, and crowned women of God.*

People often call a pastor’s wife “Mom” (even if she’s young) because:

1. Respect & Honor – In many cultures and churches, “Mom” is not just about age, but a title of respect. It acknowledges your spiritual role alongside your husband in caring for the congregation.

2. Spiritual Motherhood – Members see you as a nurturer, prayer partner, and encourager, so “Mom” reflects the spiritual covering and guidance you provide.

3. Cultural Tradition – In African and other community-oriented settings, church leaders and their spouses are often seen as parental figures to the flock, regardless of age.

4. Symbol of Care – They feel safe and cared for by you, so they naturally associate you with motherhood.

👉 In short, they’re not saying you’re “old,” but rather that they honor you as a spiritual mother.

A word for today at the Pastor's Wife desk:

God will strengthen you and deliver you from any attracts from the enemies. Be encouraged by this scripture explained well in The Amplifier Bible :

2 Timothy 4:17 AMPC
But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, ...... So I was delivered out of the jaws of the lion.

Amen 🙌
