Summer Camp Sukuma This is the official page for Swaziland's premier Christian youth gathering! Sukuma!

This is an annual week-long youth empowerment summer event in the kingdom of Swaziland hosted by SukumaRIZE Youth Expressions in collaboration with The Fellowship of God's Holy Place (GHP) church. For 5 days (6 nights) young people between the ages of 13 – 29yrs, those in high school and gap year (waiting for college) ones gather from different churches, denominations, areas and backgrounds for so

cial and spiritual empowerment. The main focus of this event is to impact the youth with activities that introduce and promote good morals, self-identity and leadership. We have open discussions, teachings, outdoor activities and worship services that offer exciting and life-appreciating options to young people, thus preserving good morals and better judgment in as far shaping the future is concerned. This in line with ‘making today’s youth, future leaders today’ as the SukumaRIZE slogan says.

On Thursday (the 8th) we had a feel of how our Saviour must have ministered back in the day. We took the campers to an outdoor location on the rocks, right next to the Castle Hotel.
