Job Vacancy – WIP Project Officer (Damascus)
We are looking for a qualified Project Officer to join our Work in Progress (WIP) program in Damascus. The program supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through mentoring, financial guidance, and capacity building to promote sustainable economic growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the selection and follow-up of program participants
Provide field-based mentoring to start-ups and small businesses
Assist in developing business models, plans, and financial projections
Monitor financial management and ensure proper use of funds
Identify new opportunities for vocational training and business initiatives
Strengthen partnerships and support job creation activities
Contribute to marketing, communication, and project development efforts
Business bachelor/study
Previous experience with NGOs
Good in English
