Our purpose is to fulfill Start LA FRATER the Great Commission given by our Lord Jesus Christ the Savior hadado us in Matthew 28 : 18-20 ; therefore born in the heart of God and obeying Him we started in March of 2005. Santa Tecla started with 18 young people who supported the vision of making the will that God was putting in our hearts to bring the gospel holistically and putti
ng it into practice in families who do not know the Lord, and began working as a church in the community communities and not in the church because we are convinced that this course is for love of the Lord to be planted in each new believer. What we call home church . Hence, our aim is to do according to the heart of him who gave himself for us, to take the word holistically and supplying some basic needs, taking into account our reality especially knowing the conditions of children living in high risk in those likely to join gangs ( maras) , drugs , alcohol and prostitution communities and serving them knowing them to reach their relatives. As a ministry full of faith , we start believing the unseen , knowing that their doctrine teaches that giving is receiving , and that our help and confidence only comes from above ( Colossians 3: 2) . Convinced of his omnipotence , confident that he is the owner of gold and silver ; we launched our networks , has determined to be a blessing to our congregation and communities Jerusalem ( St. Catharines ) . God fixed our attention specifically to marginal areas , as it is an area where almost no church want to work, and we are aware that it is there too where they need to be rescued and be brought to the feet of those who created them. And there is born in our hearts the slogan " Raised to serve and make a difference" Confident that God raised us not only to serve , but also to make a difference. We decided to fulfill what it says Joshua 1 : 9:
"I am who commands you to have strong and courageous , do not be afraid or discouraged , for I , your Lord and God will be with you wherever you go . "
God has allowed us to organize and work as a church movement, in which all who are willing to work and put their talents to the service of God , the church and the community, can do so through the various ministries , the purpose it is firstly demonstrate to people who believe and worship a living God , a God who is interested in our feelings and needs, whatever they may be , present a practical gospel like him preach Jesus to his disciples , the gospel Kingdom , the gospel of salvation , so that the word is fulfilled "..... that whosoever believeth in not lost .....
