What a special way to end our visit with Rock City! After spending quality time with some of our staff to talk about leadership, Dax and Kelli visited a CDI family to encourage them in their walk with the Lord. And of course, each kid at the volcano CDI received their own pair beautiful shoes! We always love hosting our friends from Rock City and can’t wait for the next team ❤️🎉👟

Wow! What an amazing day at the Volcano CDI with Dax and Kelli from Rock City Church. After spending time to encourage our CDI staff, they spent the day with our oldest students to teach them about prayer and how to incorporate prayer into their daily lives. At the CDI, our hope is that these children allow themselves to dream without limits because God makes all things possible! Kelli also prepared a special message for CDI moms to encourage them in their daily walk of faith and in raising their children. This meeting was part of a special initiative to teach the women how to create their own embroidery souvenirs that they can sell to increase their family’s income. We’re excited to get back to the CDI tomorrow!

What a great day at the Soyapango CDI with Rock City!
Dax and Kelli spent a lot of quality time with CDI parents and staff in Bible study, and gave out over 75 pairs of beautiful, new shoes to the kids!

Welcome, Rock City Church! 🙌🏼

Our friends are visiting again and got off to a great start sharing with our local churches today. After attending the San Salvador service, we went to the Volcano CDI where leaders from San Salvador and Soyapango joined us to wrap shoes that will be given to CDI kids this week.

We also spent time reflecting on leadership and using the gifts given to us by God to glorify Him. Please be praying that this week would be full of God's grace and show His light to everyone at the CDIs.

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Kenia, a child from our Soyapango CDI, has gone to be with the Lord. We ask for prayers of peace and comfort for her family as they grieve. 🙏🏼

🙏🏼 PRAYER REQUEST

Please pray for Kenia, a student in the CDI program in Soyapango. She has been hospitalized for several days and the doctors are struggling to diagnose her illness. We do not have a lot of information but ask for your prayers at this time.
