Ibn Al Qayyim (may Allah have mercy upon him) said:

Whoever wishes to live in the gardens of Jannah in the world, then let him occupy the gathering of remembrance (knowledge), for indeed they are gardens of Jannah.

People who are fond of talking all the time always don't do developmental things.
Great talkers stop on talking, they do nothing for themselves.
It's a pity!
Take a look at backbiters, they spend most of their time talking about others and gain nothing but backwardness. They actually study people but unfortunately they never graduate.
Every time chitchat chitchat chitchat.
