*Greetings to all members of the forum!*

I would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome and congratulate our newly appointed members of the *District Board of Administration (DBA):*

• Mrs. Abibatu Sesay – Newly Nominated District Women’s Director
• Mr. Abu Bangura – Newly Appointed District Children’s Director
• Mr. Kabbie Bangura – Newly Appointed Acting Principal for Kamakwie Wesleyan Junior Secondary

We are grateful for their willingness to serve and contribute to the continued growth and success of the district. I also want to extend my thanks to all the DBA members who were present to welcome and shake hands in leadership with our new leaders.

As we look forward to working together, let us uphold them in prayer. May the words of Proverbs 16:3 guide them in their roles:
_“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”_

May God bless and strengthen you all as we labor together in His vineyard.

The Kamakwie Wesleyan District Mass-Youth Camp with the theme, “Complete Life Style in Christ Jesus,” Took place at Kakassikie Village Sella Limba Chiefdom -Karene District Sierra Leone West Africa. A total of 198 Campers, (92 males, 106 females) attended, two female and two male dorms, as campers arrived from Sixteen (16) churches. The camp was filled with a spiritually uplifting, carefully planned workshops and outdoor activities.

Each day started with prayer and meditation time, housekeeping, physical exercise and a hearty breakfast. Our Facilitators provided spiritual food for the campers before participating in workshops and activities scheduled for the day.

The pre-before breakfast we all went for the Jogging morning exercises, Campers enjoyed outdoor activities on the Second day, like, soccer and song leading. We admire the home based and few likeminded Campers who participated in the food preparation. The day concluded with a Bible Quiz and Singing Competition forum where campers were asked and judged by all performance. The District desk was in full attendance as the Katherie Kamakwie Wesleyan Church won the singing competition while the WCSL Wesley Street won the Bible Quiz. Many other main margin prizes were won, like the Dancing competition goes to the Kathumph Wesleyan Church, The Recitation of the Memory Verse in LIMBA ( Local Dialect) won by the Kamagenkarey Wesleyan Church etc.

The Mass-Youth Camp concluded on the Sabbath of April, 21 with a Bible Bowl in the morning, Sabbath services in the afternoon, the Kakassikie Wesleyan Church-our Host came up with their Song presentation. Leadership, Extra-Mile, Congeniality, and Most Improved Camper awards were given to deserving Churches and campers.

After the Preaching Message, Departures on the Sunday late-noon were punctuated with tearful goodbyes as campers and facilitators bade each other farewell. This, by far, was one among our best Mass Youth camps ever.
