🎉 DAY 1 WAS A BLESSING! 🎉

What an amazing start to our 2026 Vacation Bible School at Flaming Bible Church – Goderich Branch Children’s Ministry! ❤️📖

Today, our children began an exciting journey of learning God’s Word under the theme:

“I WILL NOT DEFILE MYSELF”
đź“– Daniel 1:8

From Bible lessons to interactive activities, joyful worship, laughter, and new friendships, Day 1 was filled with smiles, excitement, and life-changing moments. We are grateful to God for a successful opening day!

This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store over the coming days.

Please continue to pray for our children, teachers, volunteers, and everyone making this program a success. May every child leave transformed, empowered, and rooted in God’s Word.

We often become anxious when answers seem delayed, doors remain closed, or our expectations aren’t met. But God is never late. His timing is perfect, purposeful, and always for our good.

When we surrender our timeline to God, we discover that what seemed like a delay was actually divine preparation. Trust His process, remain faithful, and keep believing. At the appointed time, He will bring His promises to pass.

“He has made everything beautiful in His time.” — Ecclesiastes 3:11

May this word strengthen your faith and remind you that God’s timing will always outweigh human timing.

🔇 Silence Is Not Just Golden…

“SILENCE IS NOT JUST GOLDEN, IT ALLOWS GOD TO FINISH HIS WORK IN OUR LIVES.”

There are seasons when the greatest demonstration of faith is not speaking, reacting, or trying to defend yourself—it is remaining still and allowing God to take control.

Not every battle requires a response. Not every misunderstanding deserves an explanation. Sometimes, God uses silence to refine our character, strengthen our faith, and accomplish what our words never could.

When we choose to be still before Him, we create room for His wisdom to guide us, His peace to calm us, and His power to work on our behalf. Trust the process, resist the urge to interfere with God’s timing, and allow Him to complete the good work He has begun in your life.

✨ Happy New Week! ✨

A new week is another opportunity to draw closer to God and allow His Spirit to lead every step we take.

This week’s message reminds us:

“WHEN WE OVERCOME THE DICTATES OF THE FLESH, THE SPIRIT OF GOD BECOMES THE MASTER.”

The flesh constantly pulls us toward selfish desires, fear, pride, anger, and temptation. But when we choose obedience to God’s Word and surrender our hearts to Him, the Holy Spirit takes control. He directs our thoughts, shapes our decisions, strengthens our faith, and empowers us to live a life that pleases God.

This week, make a conscious decision to crucify the desires of the flesh and allow the Spirit of God to reign in every area of your life. When the Holy Spirit becomes the Master, victory, peace, wisdom, and divine direction become your daily experience.

May this week be filled with God’s presence, favour, and abundant grace.

The obstacles before you may seem impossible, but they are never greater than the God who fights for you. When fear says there is no way forward, faith reminds us that God specialises in making a way where there seems to be none.

Whatever “Red Sea” you are facing today be it sickness, financial hardship, family struggles, or uncertainty remember that God is bigger. Stand firm, trust His promises, and watch Him turn your impossibility into a testimony.

Every decision begins as a thought, and every action is first conceived in the heart. That is why the Bible admonishes us to guard our hearts diligently, for out of it flow the issues of life.

Be intentional about what you allow into your mind. Feed your spirit with God’s Word, reject negative influences, and cultivate thoughts that align with His purpose for your life. A guarded heart produces a transformed life.
