Take your time, Ya Imām! It's not a must to finish the entire Qur'ān during these last ten days. You're not competing with anyone; your only competition is your own self and reflection. Give the Qur'ān and your congregation their due rights. You will be questioned on the Day of Judgment. Take your time. If you can master one Juz in a night with proper recitation and contemplation, go for it.
This mentality of completing three Juz per night is causing our Imams to damage the Qur'an. They are deliberately skipping the mudood and the letter "ain" sounding like "hamza", The letter "ح" is not being differentiated from the letter "ه". Brother, this is the word of Allāh, take your time.
Brother, if you are praying behind the Imām, and it is not your responsibility to correct him, put away your Qur'ān or phone and focus on the recitation. Forget about looking into your Mushaf or phone. Let us grow now; stubbornness will not bring any good into our lives.
Brother, when going to the mosque with your friends for Tahajjud, please avoid being arrogant with loud noises and arguments. People are sleeping, so don't wake them with your bad manners.
Sisters, please be mindful of your behavior when attending the mosque. Avoid wearing perfume, engaging in unnecessary conversations in the masājid and wearing tight clothing. This is a time for solemnity and reflection. After completing your prayers, please return home promptly and avoid lingering outside to socialize with men.
To the muadzin, why are you using the microphone to call for Tahajjud prayers? Despite the numerous lectures and teachings we have received this year, it is disheartening that we have not made progress in understanding the basics of our faith.
Ya Imam! Why have you started collecting money from the congregation for Laylatul Qadr? This raises concerns about your authority and the authenticity of your actions. Are you claiming to receive new revelations, similar to a prophet?
May Allāh rectify our affairs...Aameen.
