WORLD ADVENTURER DAY CELEBRATION REPORT -SLC

The Sierra Leone Conference successfully celebrated World Adventurer Day under the theme, “Walking with Jesus.” Adventurers across the conference took charge of the church services through songs, prayers, scripture reading, and preaching.

As part of the celebration, outreach activities were carried out, including visits to Orphanage , Children’s hospitals (Cottage and AHS), and a march pass in Bo District.
Some basic necessities such as water, soap, dressing kits etc. were donated to the ward. Inspirational songs,prayers and blessed hope of assurance in Jesus, the greatest Physician were shared.

The program was impactful, inspiring, and successful, strengthening the Adventurers in their walk with Jesus and service to humanity.

To God be the Glory! The Makeni District Youth and Pathfinders successfully held thier hiking titled *Test your Limits at Mena Hills*.

29 Hikers were in attendance accompanied by 2 Firstaiders from the Sierra Leone Red Cross.

Our bodies and Minds are now charged for greater things to come🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The Freetown City District Youth Hiking at Manbo Waterfall was an unforgettable experience.
The adventure, team spirit, fun, inspiring lectures (on Birds, Rainforests, and Caves), and deep appreciation for God’s creation were all beautifully expressed.
It was truly amazing!
"Nature and revelation alike testify of God’s love. Our Father in heaven is the source of life, of wisdom, and of joy. Look at the wonderful and beautiful things of nature." SC 9.1

GLOBAL YOUTH DAY CELEBRATION – SIERRA LEONE CONFERENCE

Global Youth Day was successfully celebrated across all churches in the Sierra Leone Conference under the theme “ Communion in Action”

The youth engaged in visitations and shared tracts and food items at the Action Rehabilitation Centre in Makeni, with inmates at the Waterloo Police Station ,with youth on the streets and several communities.

May the good Lord strengthen us all 🙏
