We Celebrate another milestone in the Christians In Action Sierra Leone as we induct a new National Superintendent Rev Andrew Kanu.

We pray for the Godly leadership and guidance as we choose to walk to Godly way.

We show Love, grow in the undiluted Word of God and build healthy families as a we continue steadfastly in the faith.

On this Session of Fambul Tok, we discuss and how we can help our youth grow mature spiritually. Luke 14:25-33.

Discipleship should be purposeful and intentional.

Discipleship should be sacrificial, it is Christian Parenting.

Discipleship is a relationship and not a program, in which you deliberately make yourself open to your disciple.

Discipleship is the Critical step in helping young Christians grow.

May God give us the courage and resolve to disciple as we evangelise and see needs for growth among fellow Christians.

Tips for healthy Food intake:

- Avoid Alcohol and energy Drinks
- Cut down on Starch, Sugar and Oil based food
- Do less Frying and more roasting of meat
- Eat Fruit in it's season
