I USED TO BE SO DEPRESSED and lonely. The desperation was excruciating.
Longing for my life to matter to someone. Even one person -- one special person who would call me their friend... would have made it worthwhile.
But then The Lord.
He never forgets your name.
Though the situation is tough, He upholds your life every single day.
Live through it to tell your story.
Don't commit su***de and have someone else tell a story that you don't want to hear.
I realised that even if I'm an outcast it is okay.
There are some people He made in this world to be by themselves anyway. Moses, David, Elijah, .... all the greats once were put into isolation to learn war. For decades.
Years later, I now know what loneliness feels like. And realise that the best geniuses are born through loneliness.
I became the type of people that entertain loneliness like time for inspiration.
I became good at social media. Because I observe people.
I became a digital marketer.
I became -- one who takes the loneliest road -- I became an entrepreneur.
Because of my depression, I can handle this tough road to become the most impressive entrepreneur. I can handle this loneliness.

DO YOU REMEMBER the first day you realised what salvation really is?
It is the greatest SECRET that has been hidden to man. So hard to explain, I'm hoping The Holy Spirit will speak to you when as you imagine this with me --
I was 18 and even though baptised and grew up in since young, I never got the gist. One day it was and the church members did a re-enactment of the .
After they left, the hall's lights were turned off and apart from the stage, it was really dark. I was staring at the cross and reflecting on Christ dying for me, and then it suddenly hit me --
No body has ever experienced the traumatising darkness and the deadness of the soul coupled by the heaviness of the depth of crushing horror from drinking the cup of wrath reserved for those who by choice rebelled against God like the bad angels did.
This. Was what actually came to save me from.
Many people have gone through including survivors of the .
But it dawned on me that nobody who is alive right now has ever experienced the true reality of the horrors of living death of hell and sentenced to drink the full cup of God's condemning fury
For one split second I felt it. He wanted to help me understand what He went through for me that without salvation, I would have to live myself.
What did it feel like?
Like a constant falling into a never ending dark pit, with unimaginable fear from having nothing to hold on to. In the wrath of God there is no assurance. No peace. A very very deep fear.
Christ wanted to protect us from ever having this traumatic experience. Rather, to all who believes, He instead gave us the opposite -- overwhelming protection in His death and mercy instead of fury. This is His heart who wishes no one perish. And yet you can choose if you want to live.
He will not have forced subjects.
Today, I lay life and death before you. So choose life. Why perish?
Hell is made for the rebellious angels. Not for you.

I AM A SURVIVOR OF THE 2011 BRISBANE FLOODS... It was a horrible experience. The highways leading to my suburb were completely sealed off. Our car was stolen because it had a trailer and people were panicking and wanting to load up all their stuff to escape.
I remember that day 2pm -- I took a train home from the CBD.
By 4pm the entire train tracks leading from CBD to my house was completely flooded. We were sealed in.

Macdonalds was to the rooftop and the Highway was flooded to the top of the signs.
Some small businesses never recovered after the event and shut down. It was a 100yr event that came 25yrs too early. I know -- because I was in the insurance department calculating solvencies at the time.
I remember hearing on the radio (cuz no power) that at 4am the next day there would be a high tide and that we don't know how much the creek would flood over. It was raining outside and my 4m high cascading retaining wall turned into a waterfall...
I told God at the time -- "God, I was born with nothing and will die with nothing. So I'm ok if you flood my house over. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away; regardless, blessed be Your Name."
We had our bags packed up. I remember taking a copy of my Will just in case.
I told God, "Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup. You can make my lot secure. Yet, if you take it all away, I know I am in You. It is well with my soul."
High tide came. The flood waters rose till 1.5 streets away from where I lived. I went to check out the flood scene. Many people's houses were inundated. The flood waters stunk like rubbish from many washed away bins.
He kept my lot for me. And I was still to know: He is God. When I sold the house years later the real estate listing said "FLOOD FREE PROPERTY".
This is a to God and how He took care of a migrant family.

Many times we forget God. And all we say when we next need His help is 'Sorry, last time I forgot'. What if your next conversation about God went like this ---

This is , and I'm glad you came across this channel. I'm an who is currently working hard at getting out of the rat race , and for a long time I've been looking for good Christian role models who are also entrepreneurs and/or friends who are also beginning this journey just like me -- and quite honestly, it was and still is hard to find.

So I've created this channel as a Christian Home for Entrepreneurs where our souls may find rest because of good sound doctrinal content, and be inspired because of niche-specific common understandings, and be empowered because we are kickin' it in the Kingdom of the Living God.
