Handing out financial assistance like school fees and transportation. Food vouchers those really in need. Presently, there are about 24 friends in need(FINs)who are dependent on us. We supplement CDC(PA)in providing welfare assistene(NTUC vouchers/cash). Homes like IMH/Ju Eng are visited fortnightly where prayers are said, Holy communion is given and snakcs are offered. Where as SILRA(Lepers' Home
s) volunteers visit the inmates on every first Sunday - here we say the Rossry, Holy Communion and fellowshipp with breakfast provided. Notwithstanding these visitations, we provided transport to cater some 11 inmates from nearby Plengi/Sunlove to attend the 9.00as mass every fortnight. At service end breakfast is provided by our dediated volunteers and an allowance is given to thise attending. But sad to forward our Society is in dire straits where membership is concerned.
