Archdiocesan Commission for Tamil Speaking - ACTS Vision: To build a more Vibrant Evangelising Missionary Tamil Catholic Community in Singapore. 1. Organising and Supervision of family NCC groups.

Providing resources and personnel for liturgical and para-liturgical services.
2. Coordinating the various parishes under the umbrella of the commission.
4. Organising various Liturgical, Catechetical, Pastoral and cultural programs for the Tamil speaking on different occasions in accordance with Archdiocesan norms and regulations.
5. Translating and publicising materials in Tamil concerning the Catholic faith and evangelisation.
