保生廟

保生廟 There is also a bell dated 1890 and other undated ancient artifacts, such as the statue of Bao Sheng Da Di which was invited from China.

Bao Sheng Miao was founded at the former Johore Road in 1869 or earlier, based on the date carved on a censer, which makes this the oldest Bao Sheng Da Di temple in Singapore. Johore Road, situated between Queen Street and Victoria Street. Due to this change in urban planning in 1990s, Bao Sheng Miao moved to Ang Mo Kio, followed by shophouse at Jalan Besar, before relocating to the current address in 2007.


根据保生大帝香炉的年份(同治八年),保生庙应该创立于1869年或之前,原址在柔佛律,是新加坡最古老的保生大帝庙。保生庙里还有一枚光绪十六年的铜钟和源自于中国的保生大帝金身。
柔佛律位于维多利亚街与奎因街之间,1990年代被政府征用后改成一个公共停车场。保生庙因此迁至宏茂桥,后再迁至惹兰勿刹的店屋 ,2007年搬到现址。
