🕊️ Building Bridges Through Inter-Faith Dialogue

Deeply grateful for the opportunity to represent the Central Sikh Gurdwara Board (Singapore) as a Sikh Centre Sikhi Lecturer at the recent Religious Literacy Certificate Programme organized by Pergas. The program, focused on Understanding Funeral Rites in Singapore’s Multi-Religious Society, offered a vital platform for interfaith education.

I had the privilege of conducting a 2-hour session sharing the rich traditions and practices of Sikhi funeral rites. The energy in the room was incredible—our one-hour Q&A session felt way too short because the dialogue and exchange of ideas were so engaging!

A brilliant example of Singapore’s multi-religious harmony in action. Big thanks to Dr Ustaz K.H. Abdul Majeed Pergas (Cradle), Muslimin Trust Fund Association, Nazhath Faheema and for hosting me so warmly. 🤝❤️🙏✨

Last week, we began exploring the incredible history of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, focusing on why Guru Gobind Singh Ji chose him to lead and sent him to Punjab.
